2. What data do we process, and for what purpose?
We process the personal data you voluntarily provide through:
- Contact form: name and email, to respond to your enquiry or message.
- Events form: name, phone number and, if provided, approximate date and number of guests, to prepare and send you an event quote.
- Online bookings: if you use the booking widget (run by DISH Reservation, see point 4), the data you enter in that form (name, phone number, email) is used to manage your table booking.
We do not use your data to build profiles or make automated decisions.
3. What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you voluntarily fill in and submit any of the website's forms (GDPR art. 6.1.a), and in the case of bookings, also the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b): managing the table booking you yourself requested.
4. Who will your data be shared with?
As a general rule, your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. There is one necessary exception to provide the online booking service: when you book a table through the website's widget, your data (name, phone number, email) is sent directly to DISH Reservation (reservation.dish.co), an external booking system provider acting as a data processor for that specific purpose. We do not share your data with any other third party for commercial or advertising purposes.
5. How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, manage your booking or your quote request, and afterwards, where applicable, for the legally applicable limitation periods. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see point 6).
6. What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Senda de la Olivereta S.L. is processing personal data concerning you, and specifically the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, request restriction of its processing, object to the processing, and request portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to enbogabar@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the supervisory authority for data protection in Spain.
7. Minors
The services offered through this website are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
8. Security measures
Senda de la Olivereta S.L. applies the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
