Cookies are small text files (or equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage) that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to make the website work properly, to remember your preferences, or, in the case of some third-party services, to run specific features that you yourself turn on.
2. Who uses the cookies on this website?
The owner of this website and controller of its own cookies is Senda de la Olivereta S.L. (see Legal notice). This website also uses the booking widget from DISH Reservation (reservation.dish.co), an external provider that may set its own cookies once you enable that service on the Bookings page. Senda de la Olivereta S.L. has no control over the cookies DISH sets or their further processing; we recommend checking that provider's own privacy policy for more detail.
This website does not use analytics, audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies.

We classify cookies according to their purpose, following the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

The eb_cookie_consent cookie is considered exempt from prior consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, as it is strictly necessary to provide the service expressly requested by the user (remembering their cookie choice). The DISH widget cookies are only loaded if you enable the "Functional cookies" option in the settings panel; until then, the widget stays switched off and you can still book by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Legal basis
The use of non-exempt cookies is based on your freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent (art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce — LSSI-CE, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
5. How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit the website you will see a notice where you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or customise your choice. If you want to change your mind later, you can do so at any time by clicking "Cookie settings", available in the footer of every page on the site.
6. How to delete or block cookies from your browser
In addition to managing your choice from our own panel, you can delete or block cookies already set from your browser's privacy settings (usually under "Settings" → "Privacy and security" → "Cookies and site data"). Keep in mind that blocking all cookies may affect how this or other websites work.
